Payments are used towards your specific project, including materials, labour, preparation and construction costs.

If any agreed works are not completed by Waterscape Creations, any unused funds relating to those incomplete works will be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment card or payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds cannot be transferred to another person, account or alternative payment method.

Bespoke Project Payments

Many Waterscape Creations projects are individually designed and built specifically for each customer.

Because of this, materials may be ordered and specialist work may begin once deposits or agreed payments have been received.

Any cancellation, changes or refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
